Building 12 is a webcomic by Chris Hazelton, the creative mind behind the Misfile Universe. It follows the lives of college students living in the neglected dormitory building #12. Life happens in ways the students would never dream of, or possibly have nightmares about.

Building 12 is an earlier webcomic by the creator of Misfile and Hell High, and it has its very own page on TV Tropes. The comic is no longer available on the original website www.building12.net, and the domain name is no longer being maintained. However, it can be still be viewed on the Wayback Machine, the internet archive site. (Mr. Peabody would be proud.)
Although the release date of the comic is not stated explicitly, it can be inferred the comic was first released in 2002. The comic ran for four years consisting of nine issues of about 25 pages each. On November 6, 2006, Chris announced that the comic would be going on indefinite hiatus while he dealt with the more successful Misfile and other works, including a job in real life writing a manga.
